USC Rossier's MEd in Enrollment Management and Policy provides everything I was looking for in a master’s program. It focuses on the many issues facing enrollment management in a flexible format that allows me to continue working in the field. The program blends research and practice so that I am informed in my decision-making and skilled in strategic planning and policy implementation. I look forward each week to seeing my classmates and professors to discuss the opportunities and challenges of enrollment management in various educational settings.

I have even more respect and appreciation for other disciplines like design, marketing, and finance and I hope I can have that type of talent in all my teams.

The Master of Studies in Law (MSL) at USC Gould quickly increased my law acumen, creating efficiencies in communicating with not only our legal departments but our clients. The Business Law and Financial Compliance certificates provided instant results as one works through loan agreements, contracts, and forbearance agreements. I would suggest that the largest impact the MSL had on me was the ability to recognize legal risk in any transaction or correspondence.

The Enrollment Management and Policy program at USC Rossier has helped me in every facet of my work. Working a full-time job in a different state while being in this program was daunting at first, but the accessibility and support of the faculty and my peers has made it such a fulfilling experience. I have learned so much about the higher education industry's best practices and methods of developing pathways to a more inclusive, diverse, and equitable environment on a school's campus. I truly appreciate this program for being rigorous, intentional, constantly enlightening, and composed of people who are 110% invested in the experience.
